GREAT NEWS!
The girl that ran away from the orphanage came back last night. She was gone for 2 nights. She is safe and when I spoke with her, she appears to be fine.
Running away has created a major problem with her and will have consequences. It's a privilege to be in this private, Christian Church run orphanage. Here they feed you well, educate you and will even assist you through college if you choose that path. In a state run orphanage, you will be put out when you are 18. As I said in another post, the leaders must run a tight ship and not allow rebels or there will be mutiny.

The orphanage next door is called Casa Cuna and they take care of newborns up to age 5 or so. It's located on the same property and they just received a new baby! Boy is he cute! I don't know his name yet, but I know one of the leaders at the house and I'm sure she's excited to take care of the new one.
Here's a picture of a couple of the boys taking care of 2 of the 4 rabbits. I'm not sure what they will do with them, but my guess is that one day they will become food??? (not the boys!!!)
Standing on the top rung of a ladder here is normal. Fortunately, I'm not afraid. We continue to replace mosquito screens around the property.
Here is a stash of my snack food. I really wish the warnings that say "Excessive Calories", "Excessive Sodium" and "Excessive Sugars" were smaller. They made me feel so bad that I had to buy some "Natural" bars that had no warnings on it. My bet is that it tastes like cardboard, but we will see.
